Wishing Well Sanctuary is a centre for personal growth, inner peace, healing and joy and in keeping with this theme we will be offering many different types of workshops. The workshops are open to all and will be updated on the website on a regular basis. Alternatively, if you are an holistic practitioner, part of a healing therapy practice or a sole practitioner that resonates with our mission, and if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful space within which you can work and/or facilitate a workshop, we may be the right location for you!

"What is Qigong?", you ask...

The term Qigong means, "energy exercise, or energy cultivation". This ancient form of training brings together breath, movement and meditation in order to stimulate the flow of energy within our bodies and organs.

Qigong is enriched by numerous types of exercises that will assist and promote energy flow, oxygenation of the blood, strengthen the immune system and promote mental wellness. This healing practice is widely used for stress and emotional relief and self awareness.

Come and experience 'meditation in motion' at the serene and heart centred Wishing Well Sanctuary.


Yoga & Meditation Classes
  • Last Sunday of the month

We are hoping to build an ongoing group every month to come and share the beauty of yoga and positive visualization/guided meditation. This practice is for all levels, and will leave you feeling uplifted and renewed. Let us strenghten the connection between us all and raise the vibration of the Sanctuary itself. We look forward to sharing this with everyone.
